• Customer responsibility to ensure tyre is correct size, fit and application for purpose before fitting and use 
   

Warranty Info:

• Tyre comes with a standard 1 year manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects and defects in workmanship and materials on a pro-rata basis adhering to Australian Consumer Law, 
• In case of a valid warranty claim, we will provide a prorated replacement based on the tyre's wear.
• Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, improper application, accidents or improper maintenance.

Postage Information:

• We DO NOT offer pick ups – Freight Only
• Due to size Parcel Lockers are not accepted
• We cannot quote on freight costs via message
• Freight costs (if applicable) are calculated within the listing or in the cart when you put your postcode in.
• Any freight costs are calculated by weight, taking into account the quantity you order. Therefore, depending on size we may bundle multiple tyres together.
• By ordering from us you understand and agree that if you order 2 or more wheels or tyres that Australia Post and other couriers treat them as individual parcels and often are not delivered all together
• We recommend using the complete tracking number provided in the Australia Post App ONLY as it will show you the location of all parcels
• If you have ordered centre caps, wheel nuts or other items at the same time, those items will put together in one of the wheel boxes – please check all boxes before telling us they are missing!
   

By industry standard, if tyre has been fitted to a wheel it cannot be returned
